Our products are energy efficient. 

Do your products come with a warranty? How long is it valid?

Feelive warrants this product against manufacturing defects or faulty materials from the date of purchase, for domestic use only. Warranty is void if used commercially, unless otherwise stated.

Where can I find product manuals or specifications?

Contact us through the contact us form and we will send you a softcopy of the manual. Specs can be found on the product page. 

Do you offer installation services for large appliances?

Feelive does not install products or cover installation costs. We do offer installation around Cape Town on request. This is for package deals.

Can I see the products in person or are you online only?

How long will delivery take?

3-5 business days

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery varies based on location and is free for some items. The delivery minimum cost is R107.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a link from our courier to track the products.

Do you deliver outside of South Africa?

Our courier delivers in South Africa. If outside of South Africa, contact us so that we can give you a quote for shipping overseas

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

After 14 days, but within 6 months, you may request a replacement subject to inspection. If the item is not faulty, you may be liable for inspection, handling, and shipping costs

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Payfast which has the following options: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron), Instant EFT, Masterpass, Mobicred, MoreTyme, SnapScan, SCode, and Zapper.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Yes, shopping on our website is completely safe. We use secure payment gateways and industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information

Do you offer payment plans or Buy Now, Pay Later options? (e.g. PayJustNow, Mobicred)

At the moment we don’t, however, we’re looking into adding more payment options.

Can I pay via EFT or bank transfer?

Yes, Payfast offers an Instant EFT option.

Do you offer servicing or repairs for appliances?

Absolutely. Contact us at service@feelive.co.za 

How do I claim a warranty or service a product?

All warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be logged with the retailer within the warranty period.

Can I get spare parts or accessories?

We offer spares and accessories on some products. Firstly browse our website and if you cannot locate the accessories, contact us using the contact form on the website.
