Ingredients
- 450g boneless ribeye steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 pinch dried rosemary
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer:
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. - Season the Steak:
Mix all the seasonings in a bowl. Rub the mixture evenly over the steak and drizzle with olive oil. - Air Fry:
Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes. - Rest & Serve:
Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy.
