Ingredients

  • 450g boneless ribeye steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pinch dried rosemary
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
    Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  2. Season the Steak:
    Mix all the seasonings in a bowl. Rub the mixture evenly over the steak and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Air Fry:
    Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes.
  4. Rest & Serve:
    Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy.
