Ingredients:
- 2 pork chops
- ½ cup (50 g) panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup (60 g) plain flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions:
- Place pork chops in a ziplock bag or cover with cling film.
- Pound the pork chops with a rolling pin or meat mallet until about 1.25 cm thick.
- In a bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, and salt. Set aside.
- Dredge each pork chop in the flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 182°C.
- Spray both sides of the pork chops with cooking spray and place them in the preheated air fryer basket.
- Cook for 14 minutes at 182°C, flipping halfway if your air fryer requires it.
- Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
