Ingredients

  • 12 asparagus spears
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 slices prosciutto

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
    Preheat the air fryer to 150°C.
  2. Prep the Asparagus:
    Trim off the woody ends of the asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap:
    Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto from top to bottom.
  4. Air Fry:
    Place the wrapped asparagus in the air fryer basket. Select the “Vegetables” function, set the timer for 10 minutes, and start cooking.
  5. Serve & Enjoy:
    Serve hot as a side or starter.
