
Karoo Ribeye
Your favorite South African steak, cooked to perfection
Ingredients
- 1 tsp course sea salt
- 1 tsp finely ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 pinch dried rosemary
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 450 grams boneless ribeye steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
SELECT
- preheat on air fryer and press start/pause
MIX
- together the seasoning and spread evenly over the steak
DRIZZLE
- olive oil over the steak
SELECT
- steak/air fry and press start/pause
SET
- air fryer to 6 minutes
SET
- temperature to 200 degrees celcius
REMOVE
- steak and allow to rest for 10 minutes
