Karoo Ribeye

Your favorite South African steak, cooked to perfection

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp course sea salt
  • 1 tsp finely ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 pinch dried rosemary
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 450 grams boneless ribeye steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

SELECT

  • preheat on air fryer and press start/pause

MIX

  • together the seasoning and spread evenly over the steak

DRIZZLE

  • olive oil over the steak

SELECT

  • steak/air fry and press start/pause

SET

  • air fryer to 6 minutes

SET

  • temperature to 200 degrees celcius

REMOVE

  • steak and allow to rest for 10 minutes
