TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Feelive website and cover all online activity, including but not limited to promotions, competitions, gift-with-purchase offers, warranties, returns, and general customer rights.
1. General Terms and Conditions
Feelive provides the information contained on this website and the pages comprising the website (“Website”) and advertises products to you, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein and as may be referenced herein (“the Terms”), unless otherwise stated. For the purposes of these Terms, “Products” means those items offered for sale by Feelive or the services made available from time to time via the Website.
2. Content of the Website
Whilst every effort is made to update the information provided on this Website on a regular basis, Feelive makes no representations or warranties, whether expressed, implied in law, or residual, as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, data, and/or content on the Website.
Feelive reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue, without notice, any aspect or feature of the Website and any information, data, and/or content on the Website.
3. Promotions
From time to time, Feelive may run online promotions, including but not limited to competitions, giveaways, and special offers. These will be subject to specific rules or mechanics published at the time of the promotion.
Current promotions:
- Take 10% off your first online purchase.
- Offer valid until 7 January 2026.
- Promotion not applicable to the ETOE HDMI Google TV Stick.
- Discount cannot be applied to purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Avo, Takealot, etc.).
4. Gift with Purchase Offers
From time to time, we run “Gift with Purchase” promotions whereby a shopper purchasing any of the participating products, or meeting the relevant basket spend, will qualify for the allocated gift. Promotions of this nature are governed by these Terms as well as any additional promotional rules communicated at the time of the offer.
5. Coupon Codes & Discounts
- Coupon codes are valid for a limited time only and may be subject to specific terms as communicated at the time of issue.
- Codes are only redeemable on the Feelive website and cannot be applied to purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Avo, Takealot, etc.).
- Only one coupon code may be used per order, unless otherwise stated.
- Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Feelive reserves the right to cancel or amend coupon codes at any time without prior notice.
6. Warranty Conditions
6.1 Warranty Terms & Conditions
In accordance with Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008, Feelive supports a six-month implied warranty on defects.
- Only authorised Feelive service agents may inspect or repair the product to maintain warranty validity.
- Do not attempt repairs yourself, as this will void the warranty.
- All warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be logged with the retailer within the warranty period.
- Warranty cover does not extend or renew if a unit is exchanged or replaced; it follows the original purchase date.
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser within South Africa.
- Retain original packaging and accessories for six months to facilitate returns or warranty claims.
- Delivery or purchase damages must be reported within 24–48 hours to the retailer.
6.2 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Power surges, faulty electrical wiring, or lightning damage.
- Misuse, neglect, improper installation, or failure to follow user manuals.
- Physical damage after leaving the store.
- Infestation, water/liquid damage, tampering, or unauthorised repairs.
- Non-original parts or accessories.
- Cosmetic issues not affecting performance (scratches, paint peeling, broken glass, etc.).
- Acts of God, natural disasters, fire, or other external factors.
- Indirect losses or consequential damages.
After six months, the warranty does not apply to wear-and-tear parts such as bulbs, handles, drawers, filters, discolouration, or rust.
6.3 Notes
- Feelive does not install products or cover installation costs.
- Customers must uninstall products to allow technician access.
- Products damaged but not reported within three days may not qualify for review.
7. Refunds & Returns
7.1 Unwanted Products
- Products may be returned within 14 days if sealed, unused, and in original condition.
- Some retailers may charge a restocking fee.
- All accessories must be included.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days of return.
7.2 Incorrect Deliveries
- Contact the retailer immediately without opening the packaging.
- A collection will be arranged, and the correct product will be sent.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
Products with a factory fault or damage will be replaced at no additional cost.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
9. Faulty Products After 14 Days
Between 14 days and six months, replacements may be requested subject to inspection.
If no fault is found, inspection/handling/shipping costs may apply.

decision is final. - Multiple
entries allowed but no spamming. - Prizes
not transferable or exchangeable for cash. - If
the prize is unavailable, a prize of similar value will be awarded. - Winners
must respond within five working days or another winner may be selected. - Prize
will be issued in the form of a coupon and will be sent to the winner via email. - The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons or promotions currently available on our website.

communication. - The
