Ingredients

  • 120g plain whole milk Greek yoghurt (about ½ cup)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 450g boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 4cm pieces
  • 2 wooden skewers, halved
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Make the Marinade:
    In a large bowl, combine the yoghurt, olive oil, paprika, cumin, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and garlic.
  2. Marinate the Chicken:
    Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  3. Preheat Air Fryer:
    Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
  4. Skewer the Chicken:
    Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the halved wooden skewers.
  5. Cook:
    Place the skewers in the preheated air fryer basket and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Cook at 200°C for 10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  6. Serve & Enjoy:
