Ingredients
- 120g plain whole milk Greek yoghurt (about ½ cup)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 450g boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 4cm pieces
- 2 wooden skewers, halved
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Make the Marinade:
In a large bowl, combine the yoghurt, olive oil, paprika, cumin, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and garlic. - Marinate the Chicken:
Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. - Preheat Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. - Skewer the Chicken:
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the halved wooden skewers. - Cook:
Place the skewers in the preheated air fryer basket and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Cook at 200°C for 10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. - Serve & Enjoy:
