Sweet and spicy crispy bacon with a smoky kick, cooked perfectly in the air fryer.
Prep Time: 1 hour 2 minutes (includes seasoning time)
Cook Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 slices bacon, halved
Instructions:
- Mix the brown sugar, chilli powder, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper together until well combined.
- Dredge the bacon pieces in the seasoning mixture until fully coated. Set aside.
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F) and press Start/Pause.
- Place the seasoned bacon in the preheated air fryer basket.
- Use the air fry or bacon setting and cook for 8 minutes, or until crispy.
- Serve and enjoy.
