Flavourful chicken drumsticks marinated in a spiced coconut milk mixture, air fried to juicy, aromatic perfection.

Ingredients:
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) coconut milk
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 chicken drumsticks
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a bowl and mix well.
- Soak the chicken drumsticks in the coconut marinade, tossing to coat thoroughly. Marinate for up to 1 hour.
- Preheat the air fryer to 175°C (350°F) and press Start/Pause.
- Remove chicken from the fridge and place in the preheated air fryer basket.
- Cook at 175°C for 20 minutes.
- Serve with steamed basmati rice.
