Quick and flavourful Cajun-spiced shrimp, air fried to juicy perfection and served with fresh lime wedges.

Ingredients:
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- 450 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 188°C (370°F).
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry seasonings together.
- Toss the shrimp with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the shrimp and toss again to coat thoroughly.
- Place the shrimp in the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
